时间如果存在，也的确可以穿越，那么会因此产生数个平行时空，还是仅有的一个时空做某种调和？影片基于第二种可能性展开剧情，讲述了亚当回到过去，拨正时间线的故事，本身较为平淡，不过电影的底层理念与两个亚当和父亲的再会，甚是有趣。
虽然是很儿戏的穿越，但是作为爆米花电影还是合格的。
