The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 一部中二氣質爆棚的音樂青春片。雖然他們樂隊的經歴比大多樂隊的經歴幹凈多了，沒有吸毒，沒有亂搞，但他們還是有搞砸一切的能力，幸好迷途知返，泳池四大前輩出來勸男主別當渣男的那段真是笑死我了。這不太像是金屬的反抗，倒像是青春期的反抗。年輕是真好啊，可以為了自己喜歡的東西不顧一切，友誼也會堅如磐石。

剧情相当没劲，原创歌曲还行，最后一场演出戏算是云蹦迪一下吧，一星给剧情，一星给歌，一星给几位金属老前辈

倒是蛮下饭的，就是套了个金属音乐的壳，讲了个经典边缘人携手绝地反击的青春校园故事 ，没有什么太过深刻的内容，就觉得长发男真的好可爱🥺
鼓手打的不错，那套鼓也不错，国内奔着十万以上走吧，主唱片尾的那段solo挺好，然而除上述之外，片子不再有其它出彩的地方。音乐总体一般，完全比不了“重金属囧途”，故事很硬，还选了高中生作人物，整部片子不温不火，没多大意思，音乐也没多大意思。
居然能我让我对重金属产生一种强烈的代入感，这片做到了。
蠻好看的。尤其是大提琴做低音貝司用那裏，很有創意，也很好聽的。
