The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事的议题比较老套，故事拍的也不够干净利落，女主有好几场戏都太耍帅了。。
眾演員演技在線，只是劇本重要設定有硬傷，令全片由頭到尾都欠缺說服力。而當前者愈做得好，就愈顯得後者反映的落差。本片的主旨、立意是善良的，但劇本不嚴謹就是不嚴謹，煞是可惜。

8.1 节奏和压迫感恰如其分。第一部被桑德拉演技震撼到的片子。到了最后并没有心绞痛，如钢琴奏完的余韵，脑子给了泪腺反应然后留下了释然的眼泪。
