剧本越来越简单了呀。《鸭先知》的完成度是最高的。

控辩双方律师给人印象十分深刻。辩方律师是司法指定的，竟然全力以赴为男孩辩护，控方律师则是一位漂亮、干练的女律师。双方最后陈词很精彩。
每个故事都没有什么亮眼的地方，节奏缓慢且无趣，第一个故事甚至有点痛心。0127-夜
我倒觉得男方律师的发言极其中立中肯 反而女方就显得把个体案件上升到性别对立 总要扯上女性主义
导演结尾的最后一个镜头就是我的答案。
强行煽情＋强行扣题 最为致命
一个事实两种感知，没有真相，或有机会主义强奸，只有红色警戒，么有灰色地带，no means no…silence does not means yes…沉默并非同意，拒绝就是拒绝；ask for yes before you going on….. one night stands or one night rape ? what if your daughter told you she was raped, what will you do? Kill him.
说是特别篇，其实也是一个剧场版。预告里把辰巳队长剪的像一个反派，反倒是时岗队长是主角方的样子，没想到剧中反过来了，进姐夫的时岗队长前期塑造的确实完美，然后就来了一个180度大转变。
2021年法国的《最后的决斗》，缺点确实是拖的太长；导演很明显并不想草草下结论，试图给两方视角，庭审戏很好看，但是穿插的上帝视角在这时候并没有作用，已经知道发生了什么；no和yes在这里显得更加重要，庭审的意图在这里也很明显，终述说的在清楚不过
故事是场罗生门，无奈剪辑太散，节奏太慢，完全没有达到观点在不同的陈述中反复横跳的效果。男女双方双人视角分开很容易先入为主，结尾双方律师说的倒是蛮精彩。夏洛特·甘斯布这戏份也是迷惑…
章子怡＞吴京＞沈腾＞徐峥 主旋律得也太假了些，我都尴尬了～ 章子怡打孩子那段算有些真情演绎
一种文明下的不同文化/丰富的感性借由理性的逻辑呈现
其实没有tv好，
结尾力道太小，也将导演左右摇摆的创作态度暴露无遗，法庭戏不错，但中后段便开始以此收束，让前面一小时塑造的各种人物意义甚微，割裂感太强，导演是甘斯布老公……我只能说才华能力确实有限呐。
好的表演就是毫无表演的痕迹，让人跟随剧情的深入仿佛就在看一场直播的庭审现场，看到了女性权利与法律甚至道德的相互拉扯。

不能因为tv烂就对剧场版放低要求，主角团演技真的又烂又尬，别再说什么演员尽力了，还是期待5月新曼吧
当初泽塔没有剧场版大伙都以为圆谷在整个大活，新生代迪迦啊，可让大伙期待了，结果人坂本确实给你整了个大活嗷。
