The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 场景极美，非常舒适，淡淡地透着一点哀伤。很文艺的科幻片，特别暖。
男主演得不错，但还是不太喜欢看他的脸。女主有点太完美，就好像夫妻生活中没有任何争吵。克隆体替你生存，帮你照顾家庭，或者克隆体，就是你。你死了，你的一部分还活着，所以你没有死。
每一个镜头和布景，都那么有设计感，但又不脱离人味，科技元素也是一样的处理，很不错。相比之下，剧情不太吸引人，好在有演员的演技撑着。
感觉男主并不是有钱人，但也能负担得起这个费用？这项科技相当于女娲造人一样，科学家担当了上帝的角色，希望这种有悖伦理的技术永远不要面世。
克隆人题材，焦点不是伦理问题，而是生命的延续和人格的交接。
结尾always have always will带给人的无力感，实在是一种最佳的留白方式。
用苹果的审美与思考精巧的完成了一部诀别的故事。缺点是对于科技对于伦理只是浅尝辄止。只停留在分别的情感中。7.5
