The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 各种型号的今井翼都好帅，有魅力；如果阿诚不是骗婚gay（最低），人设还是蛮适合做伴侣的。
影片所依据的真实事件，发生在1980年1月25日的南非。十年后曼德拉才出狱。
其实改编的不错，虽然三个人人物设计有所重合，但是整体上各个人以及各个人的角色产生了一定的平衡，只有平衡才能让事件情节完整地推进下去并使得屏幕里的这场劫持让人相信。

班会和表彰大会的剧情让人手脚蜷缩，味儿太正了。全片最精华的台词：「现在，漫画、电视剧之类常出现同性恋设定，大家装出一副理解的样子，然而实际出现在面前，不还是充满好奇？难道没有把他代入某个角色看待吗？」

最开始由黑人男主问到“自由的代价是什么”。到最后由白人警察互相问到“自由的代价是什么？一切”
人质中说自己有“黑人情结”的白人女性其实是得了白化病的黑人女性啦
豆瓣早已不是从前那个豆瓣了，连基本影评都要删，网无可恋！以前偶尔还买下豆瓣市集的东西支持一下，可如今的网络，如果一样东西没有什么特别的了，那它是可以被同样的东西所取代的。
