5.5分。我看了内容简介就觉得奇怪，这明明是部灾难片啊，怎么会挂着喜剧的名头？实际看下来。。。。。的确是喜剧。。。。这味道实在是太奇怪了。。。。
节奏慢得一塌糊涂，缺乏亮点，这个片子本身就是一场灾难。
五星， 是因为这不是以往的灾难片。这是讽刺片，充满了大量房奴的台词，是对房地产的讽刺，是对房经的嘲弄。什么科学原理，又这又那的，片子的本质到底要干什么？所以，片子还嘲讽了不如黄色大水桶的一堆饭桶。
普普通通的剧情，综艺真的可以消耗一个演员的弧光。
豆瓣评分这么差吗，我看还行啊，脱离了一般灾难片的套路，喜剧效果拉满，确实特效不太行，而且没有灾难片那么惊悚，也没有升华的高度，可能以喜剧片为主会好一些吧

看到一半就暂停了，不好意思接着看，感叹：啊一古，吾里光洙欧巴噢抖剋，，，看完了，就还好，反正喜剧片嘛，不能太较真，最后黄色潜水艇从角落被推出来的时候真的笑喷了，这就叫绝处逢生吧😄
果然除了生死都是小事，那些个邻里家庭同事之间的矛盾和问题算个p，总的来说还是很温情的
虽然不是大制作，但穿插邻里温情而不煽情，甚至插入喜剧元素，应该给个四星。
本来以为和《危楼愚夫》差不多，没想到情节这么离谱。
那么平平无奇的灾难片，在这个科技发达的时代也是很难遇见。

虽然有点扯，脑洞有点大，现在的建筑质量确实堪忧啊
我居然是豆瓣第一个标记这部电影的人？哈哈哈哈哈。我只能说这部电影太烂了。是我看的第一部韩国烂片。我不知道这是什么，那么多灾难片，这部却是这个样子，没啥节奏，太失望了，太难看了。
