The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没看过原著，记录在那个时代一个青年的沉浮，果然没有背景的人在任何时代都有炮灰感。

亮点全在原著文本和旁白了——因而我只觉得巴尔扎克好厉害，却并无导演什么事。

巴尔扎克原作的加成过大….有些场面调度倒也会闪闪发光了。男主长了一张好穷苦的脸，多兰是真的好看，两位女士看起来真的很大贵族！
