The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 该有的元素都有了，老戏骨们的水准依旧在线，但就像这些新生代演员一样，港片也不过如此了，比照刚刚看完的《龙虎武师》，实在令人唏嘘…

情节来说不过不失，老中演员的演技满分，青年演员就一般般，结果上说童话故事吧。
KC不做对家做同场；庭审与勾心斗角得个样。脉络散乱不成章，气势未聚过早泄。最有趣处实则应在方生的小手段和智叔的大决意，但最大篇幅却落点于相互勾结的阴暗处。阴暗并非不足道，但起势凶得仿佛要谴责些什么，还不如闭嘴好好做戏。戏如人生，戏没做好，谈什么人生？
剧本方面还是太薄弱了，虽然说不上完全没有可看性，但架不住经不起推敲，法庭博弈和背地斗法戏份都太孱弱，没有高潮可言，而且我满脑子都在想，一个官二代和一个富二代的家族关系既然交互影响那么深，不在一起是担心选举？这个杀人理由真的有点牵强。给3星的理由完全是老戏骨撑着的，确实不上内地院线是个明智的选择。
电视剧级别和节奏，游艇两地产商博弈的部分可看。
剧情薄弱是真的
-整体不错 但是故事经不起推敲
这剧情开头铺得这么满，后面这么简单。。。这也太。。。没劲了吧~！
是大陆电影，还是香港电影？应是香港电影的。
剧情简单，人物脸谱化，一丝悬念都没有。只有看看香港演员说粤语，是唯一的安慰。
靠良心实现的正义，和靠暴力实现的正义，本质上没有区别，都是一种赌博行为！
床戏很清楚。他们喜欢女上么？
过于粗糙的剧情，这么长时间、这么些老戏骨，时间都花哪里了？一星给智叔吧。
港片真是夕阳西下了，这种片子真是烂的没底线了。。。
开头十分钟就一股上世纪三流港片的味道，弃了
唯一就是船上那场爆发的戏到位了。
香港电影连寻求正义都需要由富商内讧才能达成了，悲哀
