The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 节奏太慢，看之前以为是赌神+疾速追杀的结合体，看完以后啥也没有，男主牌都没赢就走了，本来就是想看看男主是不是神算子，结果只是装逼子。PS：中间有一段bgm很像怪奇物语片头，我小声说了一句stranger things，听见坐我后面的有人跟了一句stranger things，笑不活了…
7分，无处排解的对过去的痛苦回忆，不同于出租车司机，这次有了明确的指向，关塔那摩虐囚事件，拍的犹如“亡命驾驶”一样逼格满满，难以移开视线；装扮成满身美国国旗的职业赌徒，每赢一次就大喊一声USA，而且一直在赢，滑稽的明喻。
摄影和剪辑很加分。虽然但是，对于黑狱中的执行者没啥值得原谅的，尽管他也是个人。
隐藏在赌桌之下的复仇，但并没有激昂的情节，相当克制甚至拖沓，
7/10 全方位不如《第一归正会》，赌场是施拉德随手抓的一个类型元素么？

能理解导演想表达的意思，许多镜头设计也很好，看了许多评论，确实导演反类型，反高潮的风格，不是我的菜。
明知一副好牌却不屑一顾，不为赌，只为爱好，规则明确适时抽离。影片有一种孤勇的气质又不乏男性魅力，形式感强化，酷。
Schrader donne ici une masterclass de comment filmer le vide en plaçant au centre de son film une figure évidée incarnée majestueusement par un Oscar Isaac glacial au visage presque figé inexpressif. Comme un fantôme du passé traumatisant qui hante le présent, le héro ne cesse d'errer dans des lieux publics impersonnels ambiancés par une mise en scène sèche et sidérante. Conte cruel dans une Amérique sans échappatoire ni rédemption possible.

讽刺社会的隐喻？可惜对赌博类一窍不通尽管呆地连声音都帅气可voiceover解释部分完全入不了脑……
Great story, 同时有一些让人毛骨悚然的细节(USA!)。质感层面实在太糟糕了，基本在保全故事角色和美学制作上只取其一，拜托谁去再给他点钱（和时间）吧！
开头得眼神设计。回忆得拍摄效果。私人化得情感但看不明白的赌博
背景故事線挺好的 夾雜了愛情線後 讓人一頭霧水
以全片做铺垫为了引导别人看爽快血腥的复仇结局。。。结果就这。。。
