The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 片尾字幕一出反应过来这是为张伯伦粉饰的电影，但没耽误我对英国朋友德国朋友磕生磕死。
实在不是我喜欢的类型，而且长达三个小时简直要我的命，和国内主旋律异曲同工，把敌人搞成脑袋缺根弦的样子，然后两个主演抛弃地心引力和拥有快速痊愈等特异功能将全片从头贯穿到尾，逻辑完全不自洽，特效也十分简陋。
兄弟俩的恩怨情仇还是很有意思的，就是女性角色也太工具人了……
扣人心弦，非常入戏，能感受到那种极度的紧张。

我们的世界历史课本上写着张伯伦是一个愚蠢软弱的绥靖主义者，而其继任者丘吉尔则被赞为力挽狂澜的英雄，而这部电影则给了我们另一个角度来看待这位即使是丘吉尔上台后依然不敢怠慢的历史人物。

不要有希望，因为希望是需要靠别人来实现的……拍的太戏剧化了，设置的压迫感还不够……
英国人竟然胆敢找印度人斗舞这一无知举动就奠定了本片的超现实基调。阿兰和毕姆两人竟然还有史诗角色歌，秒回《摩诃婆罗多》，片尾舞蹈可以照搬上春晚。印度人想象力一直可以的。
看完印度抗战神片，突然感觉中国的合情合理。
两人在大桥底下浪荡秋千，在天台顶上引体向上；双人舞后分上下，功夫场中搞缠斗。

通过几个年轻人的视角，去展现二战前的各种政治风云，当直面希特勒这种大魔头的时候没有什么人有勇气去拔枪刺杀，普通人在历史的长河中注定都是砂砾。
润物细无声的洗白和一惯的精致利己主义，还有白皮至上的刻在骨子里的种族主义，和希特勒本质上没有区别
