The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 2001至2021，世界变了又好像没变。先不说这样的美式主旋律正能量和国内作品的立意高下问题，100分钟的舞台演绎中，完全打破了传统音乐剧的情节和幕次、空间与场景、台词与唱段的界限，让技术完全为艺术表达服务，就很赞！
在演出又被疫情取消的晚上看完了2020年因为疫情被取消的CFA。我真的太久没看过global视角+充满diversity的引进剧了…泪点很多，最戳我心的还是Me and the Sky。

看之前甚至不知道这是一部关于911的歌舞剧，前面还在想怎么会有这么奇怪的故事设定（籍籍无名的小镇突然迎来大量飞机和数千名旅客），反应过来后十分佩服这个“在别处”的视角。
这是一部融合太多情感的剧，剧中有911大背景下每个人的焦灼与痛心，更有人与人之间相互依存取暖的温馨与感动。或许人与人之间的相互信任同协互助才是对恐怖主义最好的打击吧。
太好看了！从剧情流畅度，到歌曲的编排完整性，是熟悉的百老汇高水准，每一个演员都又会演又会唱，歌曲超好听，看完这个更加为去年买好票又取消的0425天桥现场感到悲伤，祈祷疫情早日结束，我们早日看上百老汇舞台剧
