The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 以潮汕文化作为立足点去讲述家庭伦理中的众生相。新思潮随着改革开放的步伐不断地冲击着传统的人和事，最终还是避免不了人走的太快，灵魂丢在后面的问题。导演作为一个土生土长的潮汕人，为观众展示出一幅具有潮汕文化的浮世绘，既有对过去的缅怀，也有对新未来的憧憬。
属于潮汕的电影，口音比我重很多，演员演技在线。
三星半吧。前半部分展现出来的民风民俗和烟火气很动人，后半部分就有点强行HE，人物转折没啥说服力。也罢，贺岁档总需要大团圆结局。

语言蕴含着很多气息，方言电影更有味道。本土演员更生动，用得好。
这是在没有圈看这一两年电影以来映后最温暖的一场，两个女主/导演/观众间都建立起来了很好很真实的羁绊，也正是导演所强调的对爱真实存在的证明。

看完电影 很想找个周末再去潮汕逛逛🥳
处处透露着年轻人在现实世界里的尴尬。
比较接底气，也有生活感，方言、可爱的奶奶和龅牙婆邻居以及妈妈的表现很加分。
3父亲看似漫不经心的举动，母亲出远门特别拿了东西防止晕车，最懂你的人还是枕边人，粗中有细。
8.6分！台湾有《孤味》，香港有《天水围的日与夜》，大陆有《我妈》
3.5星吧。电影语言比较差，但剧情还是可以的（分手那段处理得不太合理），民俗的部分可以刻画再多细节再深入一些（不仅仅是作为环境、背景）。
不知道为我还挺喜欢这种方言小成本的片子，其实它算不那种晦涩的文艺片，也够不上商业业片。
