想表达的东西是深沉的，但是戏剧结构的张力稍有不足。但依旧是港片的熟悉配方，舒服。
这部案件调查电影已经非常优秀，但破案的诡计设置还是显得如此取巧，简直如坐火箭一般直奔结局，让人觉得超不真实。可见诡计设置有多困难。
作为法证类作品，逻辑性有所不足，部分角色行为不合理，减弱了故事性，法庭及推理论证部分不足，更多的是理想化的台词和主题思想，比起巅峰时期的TVB电视剧系列都有所不足，不是港片粉丝不建议观看。

片子逻辑牵强，实现正义的手段也值得商榷，多给一星是给各位香港男星对自己的要求和身材管理，每出现一位，我都在想，哇……，他多大年纪了哦~，身材和状态还这么好~~
最后还是要靠权贵内斗翻盘，没看出法律正义在哪？
后面的翻转太快太轻易了，前面的铺垫感觉挺浪费的
走马观花的推理过程，感情转折都很刻意，如果结局不拉扯进来一个强大的势力是不是就没得打了？大团圆结局有tvb感觉，肯定的是方中信与智叔的演技，收放自如，张建声也可圈可点。
方中信依旧魅力不减，而曾江和廖启智都在2022年去世了，遗憾
没有预期的那么烂，看的粤语版，还是比较纯正的港味的，节奏其实还可以的！这类片没必要深究，差不多就行了！

老戏骨演得好，剧本麻麻地了，警察的角色太单薄，太突然。
浪费了一个惬意下午的103分钟，这种连电视剧都不如的东西为什么能/要拍出来？
每次看到关于律师题材的片就会非常羡慕律师
感觉好久没有看过这么精彩的法庭戏了。而且还是智叔的遗作。
方中信还是那么帅！
检察官上来有罪推定就够瞧的了，剧情没有情感铺垫，故事冗长，反转太硬或者说没发展，愣上啊，如果没有有钱的爹，谁做污点证人啊。
