The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 从拍摄的国家来看，显然是对内容有选边站队的选择。但对局外人来说，也能够了解这一敏感地区发生发展的一些脉络和过程，了解事件发生的一些前因后果，也深刻体会到，战争或者局部冲突，都会给人民带来深重的灾难。无论哪个国家，哪个地区，持何种态度，何种观点的，都必须应以和谈协调的角度，来尽量避免武装冲突。
对历史地理时事还算一知半解，但看这电影一半了，硬是还没看明白谁是哪边的（估计和翻译也有关系），不过画面各方面还是精良，
第一次看到这样画风的电影，感觉很新颖。像听故事一样看完！“这是我的一小步，却是人类的一大步。 ”

属于Linklater的私人影像，用影片来做串联的时间节点，私货满满又有趣。Linklater对于少年时代的时代记忆的讲述还是很驾轻就熟的，后面的平行剪辑也特别好，一部非常规的“科幻片”，挺喜欢。

很喜欢这种在真实历史事件中插入一些亦真亦幻的故事元素；如果可以，真的很想体验一把太空时代的生活，感觉全人类拥有同一个理想的感觉一定很棒！

就叨叨叨叨了一个半小时，童年美好回忆，由于年代和国情不一样，我很难带入get到。
还以为有过boyhood了林克莱特就没必要拍这种片了。
前50分钟拖拖拉拉，叽叽歪歪唠家常，索然无味，严重走题。被标题和画面风格吸引诱骗了。
