The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 好久没看港片了，粤语听着真舒服…但是这剧情对不起这名字，还以为是控方证人类型的
18/10/2021 @ 高先電影院。唔似tvb，不過似hktv果期既電視劇囉。成個劇本就靠一班老戲骨同金句吸引觀眾。所以最後果個轉折位即係話觀眾聽要打破高牆就只能靠出古惑等牆入面狗咬狗？
剧情有点简单，但这是时隔好久第一次有兴致看完的电影，还是酷的。

方中信谭耀文廖叔鲍姐曾江陈保元个个好戏 // “我地系辩护律师，唔系福尔摩斯”
剧情异常简单，廖启智最后一部作品，感觉像是电影版的《律政强人》，但他的戏份远远不够。方中信则无论如何给我一种“张强”的感觉(他着西装实在太型)，但剧中寻回自己初心的前段非常突兀，有点莫名其妙。
要是真严谨起来
可总是有些时候回头一看或者某个身边的初生牛犊刺激让你又深深思考。

人设的体现还是弱了点
脸皮薄的人，当不了“好”律师。不会忽悠的人，赚不了“大”钱………反正我做不到

结局真是太简单粗暴了 我给你钱你把真相说出来
怕死的反面，又会变得更勇敢和更有担当。因为想做一个更好的人，创造一个更好的世界给他们。
马马虎虎可以看，个别演员发挥还是可以，但肯定为了上映，做了很多调整改动吧，最终就成了一个极为中庸的俗套律政剧了
这叫打官司吗？最后就是说服有钱老板舍弃利益集团把谋杀自己女儿的真凶绳之以法的故事啊！换个没钱没权的试试？
现在的香港电影能讲明白一个故事就已经很好了，而且看来看去，还是20年前这些的这些演员才有看点。故事的最后争议战胜邪恶，不过也还是要靠金钱，也还是要靠一些under table的手段，正义才能战胜邪恶。很残酷，但是很现实。
