The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 断断续续看了一个周 足以证明乏善可陈 故事老套 歌曲平庸 于我唯一亮点竟是许久未见的歌舞青春女主角 瞬间把我拉回青葱的初中
作为LMM的处女作完成度很高，加菲的表演飞跃令人惊喜，确实是对标爱乐之城的电影，一样拍三十岁前年轻人追梦的处境，一样有很多对于经典的致敬，也……不得不说，一样的通俗，感染力来自于故事外部而非故事内部。爱乐之城的感染力来自于观众自身经历和情感的代入，而这部则更针对本身就对宽街有情怀的音乐剧观众，剧情和人物本身有很多单薄的、甚至是悬浮的地方，脱离了更为真实具体的挣扎（譬如90年代艰难的LGBT运动，包括舞台上的和舞台下的），显得中二有余但悲壮不足。
临近年底，好片如潮。我被《倒数时刻》深深击中！

电影剧情就是套路励志片嘛，歌曲一般吧，算不上多好听。

林-曼努尔·米兰达确实是有才，这个电影我感触太多了，Jonathan Larson，Respect.
至少可以
一流作家的二流作品，可以想象当年David Auburn重写本剧时调整故事线的难度，三个主角的视角切换里若隐若现的Sondheim才是整个故事的芯，这个剧是属于Larson的Sunday in the Park with George！一定好好赚钱，然后去finance我表达欲爆炸的朋友们！

当然，关于这种有所执着，有所梦想的坚持，如若能代入于观众的语境，那必然是很好的，只可惜主角身边一群艾滋患者，也让我试图代入主角时心有戚戚。
看到好多音乐剧大佬的客串。剪辑很好，音乐的表现力也挺有想法。加菲真的能唱，有点意外。

用音乐剧讲述音乐剧people创作音乐剧的故事，音乐剧people真是太……算了不说了，多说多错得罪人。
