The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 休斯顿的航空、摇滚、影视…大众文化，《甘草披萨》的加州梦，《贝尔法斯特》的北爱宗教冲突，《罗马》的墨西哥记忆，林克莱特和这三个导演都是同龄人诶，六七十年代的平行世界，一起约好拍《童年往事》吗。再有《上帝之手》八十年代的足球狂欢。
果然这样的电影才是我最爱的！男女主都无私伟大的奉献出自己的青春，只为了给孩子们一个良好的学习环境！
值得观看的电影，感觉挺适合在学校放，或者一家人一起看的。

男主最开始就是因为梅朵唱歌喜欢上的她，最后男主离开时梅朵也是唱这首歌，首尾呼应，故事情节很完整。
我看这片的心情就和主角看登月时的心情一样：似睡非睡
虽然是历史叙事流水账，但不由感叹，好怀念那些过去的童年啊
童年还是值得怀念的，懵懵懂懂的天真纯粹。
大量的生活细节让这出太空版60年代版的《少年时代》变得可爱，但缺少了主题就容易变成一出放松但催眠的流水账。
看到孩子们渴求知识和种种艰苦表现真的很心疼，煽情程度刚刚好没有太过太“肉麻”。
近几年大导演们都喜欢拍回忆录了，林克莱特这回搞了个动画版，借由一个虚构经历引出自己童年时代随意而具象的表达。童年日常拍得非常好看，即使是美国人的怀旧情怀也足以触动人心，近乎Flash式的旁白讲述看得我津津有味。太空故事就差点意思了，感觉后半程泄了气一样，或许这部分只是导演自己的童梦和执念，又或者是一种聪明过头的噱头，毕竟时代缩影在童年故事里就讲得很好了
