When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 电影不同于舞台剧，可以画面表达的就绝对不要让演员用嘴去说出来。
艺术气息和舞台剧和形式过重 大段大段晦涩飘忽的对白 就很沉闷了。
十分惊喜！充满新意的经典改编。有一点先锋艺术的感觉。极简的风格却营造出了阴沉压抑的氛围。服装、布景、光线都很到位。

嗯……其实并不理解，选择这种形式，为何又选择这些演员？
极简服化道，剩下的就全是细节和特写，相当托华盛顿和科恩嫂的表演。他们完成地非常出色。连女巫都演得出彩。相较之下，演麦克迪夫的黑人演员很逊。
删繁就简，打造了神秘的史诗，黑白影像展现了光影艺术。丹泽尔与科恩嫂都不错，唯独故事弱了点。
科恩怎么搞第七封印那套，但是里面有的现代有的古典很违和啊！

宛如德莱叶回来拍了部《麦克白》，“先把那房间填满，然后一点一点的去掉”。没想到比15年那版还要极简风。
舞台剧即视感，女巫造型满分，大段的台词看起来有些吃力，摄影特别讲究。
固定摄影导致空间感的缺失让人感觉是在用电影拍话剧
