The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 以肉体之痛外显女性遭受的精神压迫、文化戕害，最后一个突然的镜头下移特写，压抑许久的血腥一股脑喷涌而出，最大程度引起共情通感。用12周堕胎遭遇为引线，串联起禁锢在女性身上的日常枷锁。
叙事做得很简约，没有过多的编排和匠气，也可以说是很平常的流畅。好看还是在逼仄的构图，浅淡的拟胶片色彩，深沉气氛里激起对害家庭主妇病的反思，另外，这一切很痛
去年在罗马看返校，今年威尼斯影展看瀑布，都是王净。一众从二十年前偶像剧熬成电影咖的老熟人，幸好华语电影还有台湾，幸好还有女孩子们之间的友善。
所有此类题材，目前还是没有一部能超越《四月三周两天》。
好像每年都至少会有一部电影讲述这种题材的故事，每次看这种题材的故事，都会为女性的境遇而心痛。故事根据个人真实经历改编这件事就足够具有影响力，作者经历了非人的摧残和心理折磨，成为了自己想要成为的人，其中的不易与心酸我们不得而知。之前看《成为波伏瓦》，里面有几段讲述波伏瓦和她的朋友们参与女权运动的段落，很难想象20世纪60年代的法国，对女性的歧视和偏见有多大，当然，这样的偏见在如今的中国依然延续。女性不易，不要放弃。
女主演的很好，更重要的是少有的看到这个题材
在一个堕胎将会坐牢的制度压迫下
挺真切，因为又好喜欢女主，仿佛有切身之痛。
"What do I label her?" "Miscarriage."
用普通的叙述题缓慢的讲述了正在发生的事，痛苦与窒息感缓慢压迫而来，让观众对女性正在遭受的痛苦太能感同身受了。
3.5 又是女人之苦(血腥 小女孩心态变化抓得挺好
可以跟《四月三周两天》《总是，有时，很少，从不》并列为女性生育权三部曲了。直白到让人疼痛。
看之前做了非常足的心理建设，怕自己受不了，疼得昏过去。但导演明显是仁慈的，女性的痛苦已经被极为克制地呈现了，或许只呈现了tip of the iceberg。
女人，再不去反抗，这样的未来就在不远处等着你们。
这样的真实影像表达只会让人觉得疼，而不是反思。

都在比四月三周两天，不如说更像从不很少有时总是，但节奏实在太温吞，上课考试啥的不如剪了吧。
