Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'
执行上可以给5星，相当respect。但这个剧情和整体的观影感受....可能过于edgy了吧，不喜欢。
拍得很克制，给恐怖片带来一丝写实感，是我喜欢的风格
女主唱着RAP演完了一整部，还挺好听的。歌舞片➕丧尸片➕伪纪录片的奇妙组合。
上一部是视频连线，这一部是视频直播，紧跟时代潮流的恐怖片不多见。相比于《夺魂连线》，这部只是形式新，并没有其他创新。虽然有点《VHS》的味道，但故事没头没尾，篇幅偏短。女主人设也实在NC。弹幕的话，只能说网络让我们离SB更近了。
女主挺惨的，这盒子力量也太弱了，不能给人带来富贵嘛？
一个房子里有上古蝶仙，只要拿活人祭祀就可以获得健康，这个房子被献祭的人，可能曾经也献祭过别人
chaotic！绝对入列我个人的年度乐子电影。女主疯癫出格欠得浑然天成，出色的选角让电影全程都处于精神病式的末日狂欢氛围。罗布·萨维奇两年前拍的还是中规中矩的桌面伪恐，不过一年就打造出这样一部狂乱之作，是他本人越发大胆还是这个操蛋世界本身就愈来愈绝望疯狂呢。
比恐怖的鬼怪更可怕的是底层的挣扎 ，怪物造型很奇特。
我好喜欢这种贱贱的片子，女主角真的又烦又帅
仿佛看了一个诡异的网络视频，前面还是很有代入感的，后半段走向有些重复，并没有更高潮的段落，差点意思。
剧情冗长乏味，节奏拖沓，也就最后20分钟还算有点看头，看之前以为有多玄，其实就是个房东用活人献祭给怪物，被女主反杀继续成为献祭中间商的故事，但导演水平太差，这么个故事都拍不好，还夹带着少数族裔（非法移民）底层互害残酷现实和对“美国梦”的憧憬的白左价值观的输出，真是又恶心又讽刺。。。两星，不推荐！
电影里的箱子怪造型挺有西班牙恶魔剧《30枚银币》那种风格，设计的挺好，但是恶魔总得有个动机吧？黑旅店的哥哥杀女住客献祭给怪物，就为了治病？续命结果就是一辈子都不能出旅店大门？ 然后女主最后继承了被杀老板的衣钵黑化了，也不能出旅店了，可她需要的是绿卡，这一辈子关在一个阴森满是女鬼的破旅店里还得引诱他人献祭，这也不值啊？连阳光都晒不到。剧情编的不顺畅，老板哥哥续命献祭魔鬼却只残害女住客，结果女主把他弟一男的也献祭了让女主成为献祭中间人，这说明箱子怪男女通吃，那为何之前一直只针对女性呢？还有女主最后无意中成了献祭中间人，那为恶魔办事总得有得到好处啊？这好处我看P都不是啊，就挺无语的。总的来说，除了恶魔造型挺不错，其他都不行
晃得太厉害了看得我晕车，但我喜欢里面讽刺的部分。

太疯批了，主要是没一秒能看清画面，而且也不是行车记录仪啊
背后的立意还是很明确的，鼓励年轻人不要去管家族亲情家乡，过于迷恋会后悔终生。不过元素和内容结合难度大，剧本里的现实和娱乐两条线并没有什么关联...
唯一的记忆点是it’s not a rainy day it’s a snowy day 圣诞节看还挺有氛围的 以及男二真的好帅呜呜呜 是个人会不选他吗哈哈哈
真顶不住，一惊一乍的；老太婆比怪物吓人多了；女主这个end credit加分
但凡女主嘴能闭上一分钟，不那么聒噪，也就不至于被怪物追那么久了。小破嘴叨逼叨，一个人还那么多话，真是烦。
还是很有深度的一个恐怖电影，怪物吃的不是人，吃的是“顺从”；子女对父母的顺从就是子女的虚弱，子女对父母的反抗才是打败怪物的关键。
