The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 当他们通过表演，带给观众笑声与欢乐的时刻，是对他们执着精神的最佳褒赏，同时，那也是他们最闪光的时刻。
精巧的单场景悬疑故事，并不烧脑，却因为角色需要在各个势力间周旋而颇为有趣，算是一个不错的小品之作。
比较中规中矩，想想带点痞气、暗黑、固执、搞笑的北野武，应该可以拍得放飞一点就更好看了。
真真切切全凭演技拉住观众的注意力，但凡换个水平次一点的演员，这种假装严谨实则一意孤行的剧本早被各路大侠抓着往死里喷了。
最后北野武回到浅草法兰西座以前的一幕幕涌回来，我快要哭了。柳乐优弥演得真的太棒了！
总体3.5分，师徒间的感情有点太煽情了，有些深层的感情其实留白比较好。

神秘裁缝卷入了黑帮争斗，他沉着冷静操控局势，从而一次次绝处逢生，slay全场。
我说实话，很久没有一部电影看哭了……师傅死的时候，让我想到了《兹山鱼谱》，那种师生情太让人肃然了……
北野武这个人梗超多吧，结果这部拍成了流畅且略普通的主要讲师徒情的片。里面竟然有一句“圣诞快乐”！
另类黑帮片
老戏骨小成本密室杀人，适合引进改编，容易让电影院有回光返照的错觉。
