The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. yah its about whether or not you think you have a choice and how you understand every bits of frustration in life。美国是完美的远方，通往成功的下一站，而眼前的生活只是羁绊。和短片《姐姐》一样，深刻的隐喻贯穿。没有隐喻我们就不会讲故事了。结尾动人。
還不錯 娓娓道來但戛然而止總覺得還差點什麼

好喜欢这类家庭题材，林嘉欣演技很好，剧情选择的内容很棒，即能表现各人物当时所处角度的想法，又能体现在家庭粘聚力下各种关系的感觉…
不适 矛盾 挣扎 爱与恨
细腻真实的感情，果然是女导演的作品。 sars的时代背景基本没用上，略显累赘。
故事和立意都太陈旧了。美国梦的破碎杨德昌1985年的《青梅竹马》就已经说尽了。凑疫情也十分牵强，没带来什么思考。
美國女孩跟瀑布在2021年對幹真是偶然與想像的第四章。
喜歡這種真正反映台北中等家庭生活的內容，喜歡裡面所有的演員，喜歡她說故事和拍攝的方式。希望還能有更多這樣探索親情和觸摸台灣底氣的作品。
期待已久，但比想象中要失望一些。依然是母女和解的主题，《瀑布》要比这步无论在故事上还是表达上都更有意思一些。
每个人都好累呀，演员都不错，就是剧作上略单一。
就算这女编剧整个剧本写的全都是“刻板成见”四个字，也不见得比现在的会差到哪里去。
当我觉得开始变得有意思，有韵味的时候，就马上冷却。不明白摄像机要瞄准谁，该含蓄的时候也不内收。最打动人的绝不可能是结尾：妈妈好爱你。而是那句：“芳安要回来了，我煮什么好。”

TA的恐惧变成了我的恐惧，TA的软弱成了我的软弱。
3.5 冲突有些刻意，和解有些突兀，可以领会到导演想要表达的意思，但是故事讲得有点浅，不过选择了03年这个时间点简直是“作弊”，太多的回忆杀，代入感太强了。
