The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 比2020好那麽一点，但真的就只是一点而已。(全片唯一我觉得说得对的就是，2021的人都没从2020吸取一丝教训)
结合Don't Look Up一起看，一时分不清哪个更现实。都是现实。
没看这局之前，知道肯定有冲击国会事件，60分钟的时长，有差不多一半都是这个。这种嘲讽一年来一次也挺好，喜欢那个非洲口音的黑人医生。比较唐突的竟然有007这部不值得一提的烂剧。。
2021真是太难了，戏谑调侃一下，反衬一下那些经历过的人间不真实，才能更好地反省这个真实的世界到底有多荒谬
本片跨了年才看完，没有去年2020好玩，也没有中国，是2021素材不够吗😅

搞笑地串联了一年大事件：美国入侵国会、塔利班掌权、气候变化、失败的气候大会、无人的东京奥运、英美澳武器协议、omicron病毒变种、贝佐斯的太空之旅、Facebook知情影响却无所作为、改名元宇宙、反疫苗者、反口罩者…… 几个叙述者锦上太添花，让讽刺到达一个新的高度。
