The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 情节特别简单，走温情路线，有一定套路的公路片。其实水准确实也一般。但真的就...全片散发的那种不容忽视的感伤就一直触动着我的心，真的是淡淡的感伤啊，世事沧桑，年华老去，英雄迟暮，东木在这部电影里毫不掩饰自己的衰老和无力，但有一点是肯定的：西部牛仔精神的永不消亡。
剧情清汤寡水，结局有点仓促，东木的片子看一部少一部，这种气质上的从容让人看着很舒服。

但无可否认的是，第二部带给我们的除了家庭团圆之外，还有着不一样的温馨和幸福。

就知道小女孩一定是亲生的，毕竟她和她妈长得那么像！
老爺子已經老到要雞幫忙了，顫顫巍巍的樣子好怕隨時會倒。
但还是不得不佩服他，又一次，本片两个成年女角色都对年迈的他青睐有加，啧啧。
3.5，墨西哥被表现为一个西部版的LA，当Rafael的母亲在玛雅复兴别墅中对伊斯特伍德说“Go out”时，也是比佛利山上的好莱坞对伊斯特伍德的拒绝，而对于他而言，这些被表现成了一个Abusing mother，以及重启了西部片中的美/墨结构。《哭泣的男人》在西部片的大远景和90年代的Thriller桥段背后是对《完美的世界》的精神翻拍，但似乎比90年代多了某种落魄与孤寂，来自他对于政治理想的失望。但就影片本身而言，一切都似乎过于扁平，就连某些功能性角色也没有发挥好自己的作用。在他《老爷车》时期的影片结尾，他往往选择安排一场死亡，但在这里，90+的伊斯特伍德不得不像他扮演的这位曾经的牛仔，面对自己不再是救世主的事实。
致敬91岁的东木爷！
故事有点散，有点像美国旅游宣传片，搞笑还是依然搞笑，就是情节一般。
东木变得好温柔。动机不重要，冲突不重要，就是纯粹的一段际遇、一段感情。
