The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 虽然剪辑真的不太好，穿插的几处回忆式采访过多也打乱了节奏，文本对话高密度化，但也真的不难懂。二十几分钟后渐入佳境。一个女演员被制片厂抛弃，来到电视喜剧大获成功后才华仍然周围的人所压制。她对喜剧剧本、表演的认真会被被别人认作现实生活遭受困境后的发泄，甚至没有多少人愿意尝试她的建议，幸好最后结尾令人满意。妮可的表演无疑已经到了一个新的境界

站在现在真的很难理解为什么有那么好的机会的情况下要坚持desi来演丈夫…一种时代的无语吧
很难找到让人看下去的理由，表演也并没有那么精彩
大概是所有讲智能科技电影中最正面（也是疫情所迫？）的一部，都可以当广告来卖了。

剧场五天+闪回 明暗线交织 最后一场戏所有的铺垫汇集将人拉回现实
两位主演演的好，故事结尾的一行字完全没有说服力。
轻盈地游走于现实和影像，于是我们终于有了一部关于当下的合格类型片。
非常需要耐性，如果不是妮可的话完全看不下去，好在后面渐入佳境…
女主太灵了吧！小小的身体，大大的能量。导演很会通过小动作和镜头塑造人物，全程不累！很难得的一部人工智能+女性话题的片子，小而美。
社恐患者版“后窗”？这时长是不是标错了，找的资源都是89min
Sorkin正常水平发挥。One slight problem tho: it is already hard enough to keep up with Sorkin without subtitles, and the Cuban accent just made it impossible.
前面挺有意思，有点想希区柯克 电话那个电影，她为别人求救未果，就让人联想后面她自己会不会遇到危险。然而到了后面……what the what ? 结论：人工智能可以的，是人不行……好吧。
索金试了几次电影，到目前为止都只说明了他不适合当导演。
《后窗》叠加新冠疫情背景，前面让人昏昏欲睡，但最后10分钟的反杀有爽到。
最后那通电话也太索金了，这几年连续的致敬片看下来，有些疲劳，不过闪回还是好用。
