The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 是否存在一个民权运动电影的现象？《芝加哥七君子审判》是目前看到最成熟的，无论是叙事线把握整合的能力还是煽情的能力（沉默与暴力的对接是最显见的精彩剪辑），奇怪的是，要为这类电影做一个精彩的收尾莫非真是一件难事？太泄气了
不得不说，艾伦索金的剧本功力太了得了，美国人拍这种题材也是出神入化。 整个电影张力十足，最后的结案陈词差点看哭。为什么一直用理想对抗不公，为什么一直没有放弃，因为全世界再看！

艾伦索金用了一个扎实的剧本来借古讽今，借此片指着懂王鼻子开骂。可惜对于各方立场的标签化处理让整个事件缺乏真实感。过于依靠台词推动也暴露了这位大编剧拙略的导演能力。6.5/10
导演的场景调度能力好强！前面半个小时，我一直在想为什么要看这个？后面越来越投入！节奏快，思路清晰！

好莱坞最会写对白的索金拍了部“腔林弹语”的法庭戏，无异于天才的厨子烹饪天上的食材，精致的有些过分，都不带缓儿的。前因后果交互递进，庭里庭外应接不暇，话里话外明枪暗涌。面对不公，没有斗士会孤立无援，因为全世界都在看。这话也代表了好电影该有的威力
