精彩绝伦。我站起来为他们鼓掌，也为这部电影鼓掌，久久地。
文本出色，法庭戲劇感重。當有爭執、連珠發砲時，整部電影充滿節奏感；但有些文戲雖然寫得好，剪接的節奏卻跟不上——這問題在片頭，出片名前後兩個sequence最明顯。

我們需要這類的電影，雖然在某一節點上屬於挑撥觀眾情緒的視聽手法，但是其電影所呈現的角度確實犀利的，值得人們思考的，也願意去挖掘更多背後的歷史價值的，那其實就是一部好的電影。
21-179. 對話太多太密集…剪輯感覺有點亂，get不到
最近无意中连看了几场法庭辩论类的电影，只有这一部看的人热血沸腾，而且是在其余故事线极为淡薄的情况下，把法庭戏份拍得如此精彩。末尾让我想起了《辩护人》的感觉，但是是不同的处理，这里的诠释正如最后一句台词：全世界都在看着！是一种强烈的共鸣感。
这种熟悉的密集对白节奏和爽感又回来了 是艾伦索金了
……索金这几年，输出比输出形式变得重要了。人物塑造硬得不行，薄如纸。

I have never been on trial for my thoughts before.
片子强调思想理念重于描绘事件，居然还很扣人心弦。Sorkin拍这种题材已经成精了。
有些国人看本片可能会看high，倒不是因为所谓的理想主义，而是终于为自己身边发生的事情找到了合理性：老美不也没有民主，天下乌鸦一般黑！问题是，在政治面前，民主都是笑话，但这也是有程度之分的。反正我看着人家的混乱，再看看自己井然有序的生活，略感汗颜。
每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。
当然，政治官司暗藏了许多猫腻，不仅仅是美国的陪审团制度就能左右，1960年代的反越游行，夹杂了美国底层阶级各色各样的人物表演。
全世界都在看？只是在看，并不能帮我们什么…
最后的结案陈词说得人心沸腾，政府并不能代表国家本身，国家真正做主的应是人民本身。抛开电影回到反战这个点，美国人反战反的是他们的士兵与钱财在战争中受损而非战争的本身，这大家都知道的吧，毕竟“the whole world is watching”。
