The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 用孵化怪鸟代表了女孩受到剥夺她自由和喜好的强势母亲管制后分裂出的邪恶人格。女孩被杀死，善良人格死去，邪恶人格仍在，预备弑母。
表面的光鲜亮丽，暗地的人心攒动。孵化出的鸟孩是女孩内心的实体化，女孩想要爱，关心，和胜利，那如果都得不到，就全部毁掉吧。最终女孩死亡，鸟孩活了下来，母亲微笑，像是美满的生活又回来了一般。
抛开电影质量不说，至少和孩子同时接受了一顿教育。

明明是北欧电影却有种日本片的压抑沉闷，长期压抑的教育模式使得内心的怪物幻化成型最终取代原本的自己，顺从怯懦让人失望的小孩死了，留下的是妈妈喜欢的样子。
还挺好的，老老实实讲故事，虽然没太啥惊喜，但是很真挚的作品
小时候最喜欢的童话大王，现在才有电影版，集体出猫这个情节太不应该了，但是情怀大于情节！

这样的妈妈太窒息了，不作为的爸爸同样令人绝望
比起恐怖片，这更像是在暗喻家庭教育问题的教育电影。
这个学校和妈，看到话语和规定就想往脸上来两脚，
小女主和妈妈的演技都是很不错的，女主妈有点像使女故事的女主
畸形的家庭/母女关系下，偶发的饲养怪物成为一种善/恶培养皿，而结果其实是不证自明的，也是符合「父母皆祸害」的观点。
还可以吧，道具做的很真实，故事比较老套，就是将心中的恶念实体化了

还行吧，青春期女孩的反叛，比较直白，观感一般，这妈挺吓人
总觉得题材在美式恐怖片里似曾相识，但是拍出来的效果却又很独特很不一样，带有一丝冷冰冰的色彩和美感。
