The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 还挺喜欢处理冲突记忆的镜头，把声音抹去，覆盖上当下的平静的叙述声音，再把镜头慢慢拉近拉远，像极了我自己跟回忆和解的方式。

《呼朋引伴》一直弥漫着温柔而又沉郁的气质，仿佛有堵无形的“第四面墙”，逼迫观众在树起的镜像中展开自我对话。电影文本挖掘出的问题引人深思，只是一番冥想之后得出的还是不够完美甚至无奈又无解的答案。

华金老了，也胖了。但岁月的沉淀仿佛也让他洗尽铅华，而演技则更是磨练的炉火纯青。在当今的年代，不是3D，就是4K，CG技术早已天马行空。所以每一部黑白影像的电影，大约都是怀着野心的。成年人的孤寂落寞，有时候无法避免。就好像到了某种瓶颈期，想突破一下好难。更何况身子骨也不如年轻时禁折腾了。
多恋爱，慎结婚，能不生就不生。责任重大，不要以自私的角度看待生命，孩子也好，宠物也罢，皆如此，以一己私欲控他人一生，罪孽。
