The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 还是挺好看的，全片没暂停直接看完了。
确实慢，但确实写实。一般这类电影都拍得特别有故事性。但真实往往就是这个电影拍的这样平淡却伟大。

比例有点失衡，三兄妹在穷困潦倒那三个月的转变应该多着笔墨。
怎么说呢，这部片子的人物有一个算一个，都过于教科书化了，几位嫌疑人的设置刻意的令人发指，所有看似顺理成章的都是故布疑云，往往最早出现的人畜无害才是最后凶手，按这个套路一路看下去，就会觉得索然无味，再加上整个片子质感偏低，总体的感觉，就是个五分多的网大水平，磨时可以，深究就不必了……
剧情略显拖沓，一次意外的救援展现了太多非必要细节。
这是一部全程无推理的剧情,也是这部剧高级的地方,它的悬疑推理在于人物心理的刻画,既单纯又恐怖

小成本救援片，没有大场片，带点人性和死亡的思考和探讨。
